Get help
Email the household admin who invited you, or contact mail2veejay@gmail.com for access, bugs, or data questions.
Common topics
- Not invited: Ask a household owner to add your email under People & invites, then Continue (or Google/Apple) with that exact email.
- Apple Hide My Email: Use Share My Email, or ask an admin to approve the relay address.
- Install: Family members should use TestFlight (no Developer Mode). Developers may still use Ad Hoc / preview builds.
- Apple Health: Connect from the mobile app (Devices / Health). Sync is read-only into HomeTrack.
